Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing That Home Store! We are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch, but in the rare event that you face any issue, we provide a flexible return, exchange, and refund policy. Please note that approval of returns and replacements is solely at the discretion of That Home Store.
Eligibility for Return, Replacement, or Refund
Your order will qualify for return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

You receive an incorrect product that does not match the description on our website.

The product delivered has a genuine manufacturing defect or arrives in damaged condition.

The product is missing parts or accessories.
How to Raise a Request

When raising a request, kindly:

Share your order ID.

Upload 4–5 clear images/videos of the product and its original packaging showing the issue.

Ensure the product is returned in original packaging, unused, with all tags intact.
Resolution & Refunds

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit/gift cards within 7–10 working days after the product is collected.

In cases where replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund of the same value in the form of store credit.

If you find that a package has been tampered with, kindly do not accept it and return it immediately to the delivery agent before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Electric & Motorized Products – Replacement Policy
This policy applies to all electric, rechargeable, battery-operated, and motorized products sold by That Home Store.
Products are eligible for replacement if they are received damaged, defective, or non-functional, or if a genuine functional defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video evidence demonstrating the issue. For products received damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery, a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and product condition may be required to process the claim.
All replacement requests are subject to verification. That Home Store reserves the right to review the evidence provided and may request additional photos, videos, or reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement.
After the 7-day replacement period, That Home Store does not provide any seller warranty, repair, replacement, or refund for functional issues that arise later, unless a separate warranty is explicitly mentioned on the respective product page.
Replacement coverage does not apply to issues or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, water or liquid exposure, incorrect charging or power supply, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage after use, battery degradation, failure to follow usage instructions, or damage caused by the customer.
Where a replacement request is approved, the resolution may be subject to the return and verification of the original product, as instructed by That Home Store. A refund will not be issued solely because a customer prefers a refund over an approved replacement, except where required under applicable law.
That Home Store acts as the retailer/reseller of these products and is not the manufacturer. No manufacturer warranty should be assumed unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.
Customers are advised to inspect and test electric or motorized products promptly after delivery and report any qualifying issue within the applicable 7-day period.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch packaging begins. Once packed, cancellation is no longer possible.

You can cancel directly through your order section by clicking the Cancel button (available only until packaging starts).

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.

If a product is out of stock and we cannot fulfil your order, a refund will be issued within 10 working days.
Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most pincodes across India through our logistics partners.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard delivery timeline is 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp. You can also check your order status through the Track My Order section on our website.

For urgent requests, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we’ll try our best to expedite dispatch.
Reverse Pickup & Exchange

Reverse pickup is arranged within 4–5 working days from the date of request.

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 4–5 working days after the returned product is received.
Refunds for Online & COD Payments

Refunds will be issued only in the form of That Home Store credits/gift cards.

Store credits/gift cards can be redeemed on future purchases at thathomestore.in.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned shipment is received and verified.
